The mass-market hatcheries do one thing well: ship 25 day-olds for $90 if you don't care which breed. For everyone else - the heritage breed fanatic, the show-bird breeder, the homesteader who wants a specific bloodline, the hunt-preserve manager stocking chukar - the alternatives are Facebook groups, Craigslist roulette, and word-of-mouth. None of them give you confidence the seller is NPIP-certified or that your birds will arrive alive.
We built the marketplace we wanted as buyers and breeders. NPIP status is front-and-center on every listing. Live arrival is guaranteed by us, not by a vendor with an axe to grind. And breeders keep 100% of what they sell - we make our money on featured placements and Pro/Elite plans for high-volume sellers.
